Hello,

Please use this thread only for Anti Cheat Patch problem, please reply here if you have problem, dont make multiply threads as it will be hard for me to track it down.

Now our MU GUARD is user friendly really you should not have any problem if you just run Auto Updater but if you encounter problem such as You cant connect, patch failed, false detection then please follow this instruction:

PS: If you client just dont launch or nothing is happening after pressing connect button then make sure you are running in Administrative Previlege on your Computer.

Janno, read AMG post. Server was offline for a little while today. This error appear when the anticheat cant connect to our database.

for this problem i cant play mu.i downloaded mu 2 times and after 20 minutes again this problem,i close all sites and programs--and same problem,,who can say me what happened? I offer to make new AntiCheat(not lol) i dont want to lost my interest for this problem...plz help me who knows

1 time i have seen so lol anticheat in my life

i played 17 another mu-and 1st time i see that AntiCheat have lol problems....it is not anticheat--this is antilauncher... lol

man,i deownloaded 4 times,and it worked,but every 20-45 minutes i have these problems...dont know why
 
Something is wrong with your system. What OS are you using? Also make sure to add mu.exe and main.exe to your anti-virus exceptions. Don't know how it will help but yeah try also to run it in as administrator if you didn't.
 
Hey , what about it say " Client closed, muguard case 017, DK-DW-MG(135) fingerprint detected." I don't know what the hell @@ I didn't do anything , i just download the game , then play , then like this all the time .

Pls help me . Tks so much :x

Try to stop the virtual box. Use clean and normal windows xp/vista/7. Work on them all.
