The things you need to know on how the GM Team handle your Reports.
Hack/Macro Reports
The report will be investigated thoroughly.
After the investigation, each Game Master will exhibit his/her reviews to the team with his/her verdict to ban the reported character or not.
If majority of the Game Master voted for ban, Ban will be done by the available Game Master.
Harassment Reports
Every Game Master will be asked to exhibit for their opinion regarding the report with his/her verdict to ban the reported character or not.
If majority of the Game Master voted for ban, Ban will be done by the available Game Master.
Note: Before the GM team takes action, the GM team will check the chatlogs what happened before and after the insult so we can find out if the reporter was telling truth.
Bug Abuse Reports
The GM Team will investigate the bug report with game bug testing. After the investigation, the game masters will present his/her reviews to the team with his/her verdict to ban the reported character or not.
Advertising / Sell/Buy for Real Money / Scammer Reports
If the report was obvious, the available Game Master can take immediate ban action without reaching out an agreement to the other Game Masters.
Missing Item Reports
RESiSTANT will handle your report to retrieve your missing items.
Why your report was closed / denied / didn't get any reviews from the GM Team?
The report will be closed or denied right away, if:
1. The reporter was not interested or doesn't want to cooperate with the game masters.
2. The reporter didn’t provide valid proofs in accordance to reporting rules.
3. The reporter made a Fake report.

Reports under Hack / Macro usage, Harassments and Bug Abuse are always decided by the entire GM Team before taking any action. If any of the GMs take the ban action before reaching out to the SGM/HGM. The involved Game Master will be investigated and If proven that the ban he/she made was unreasonable, the Game Master involved will face consequences.
Ban Proofs (from social media)
The GM Team has the right to exhibit external proofs captured from other platforms, websites or social media. Only if, the player involved was a cheater, a blocked player, a scammer, or the player was selling/buying in-game accounts/items for real money. All bans that contains proofs from social media was also thoroughly investigated / discussed by the entire gm team before taking a ban action.
