I am happy to announce the Spring Edition of our lovely Seasonal InfinityMU Wiki Writer Event

This season, the Wiki team has 13 special articles* that need their lores. So prepare your keyboard and start writing.

What is a Lore, you ask?

Lore: The backstory created around a fictional universe.

Rules of the event

1. Each participant can join with only 1 lore.
2. The lores must be written in English and should be submitted IN THIS THREAD only.
3. The lore should be max. 3.000 characters (no spaces) long or it will not be accepted.
4. The lores must be created in the iMU world with iMU characters/sets/weapons/maps/etc.
5. Do not copy the lore from some place else.The Wiki Team will keep track of the originality.
and validity of each lores, if you break the rule your entry won't be accepted.
6. Stories with offensive language will not be accepted.
7. Normal font is required.
8. Write your In Game Name(IGN) above the entry that you are going to post.
9. Entries submitted after the given deadline will not be accepted.

3rd PLACE:
+ 3.000 Gold Credits + 3 FIMES
+ 2 ROW from the Wiki Team
+ 1 uber acc*

Consolation prizes to all entries: 2,000 gold credits

*the uber acc will be given if the lores will be amazingly good.



All entries that respect the rules of the event will be submitted in the InfiniWiki, after they are thoroughly checked for misspells and grammar mistakes.

Santa Set​

Devias, a small city with a population of around 200 people, has stayed away and in hiding from the MU universe. Even though Devias is a very small town, it is considered as the most dangerous town in the MU universe. Crimes are being committed every day. People steal goods in order for them to live, sometimes people get desperate which results to killing. This has been the life of all the citizens on Devias. A lot of travelers have stated that Devias is the land of all Evil. Due to this, Devias remained hidden, avoided, and somehow deserted. Nicholas, a teenage boy, hated this lifestyle. As Nicholas and his family went to buy goods on the market, his parents were killed of unknown criminals who wanted to steal their goods and their money. After this incidents, Nicholas went to hiding. A year have passed, he live alone on a cave located on the deepest part of Devias. Nicholas was frustrated and wanted to solve this long time problem of his hometown. One day, as it was snowing really hard on Devias, Nicholas saw a lady holding her reindeer, struggling to get by due to the intense snowstorm. He offered to the lady that she can stay in his place for the time being until the storm pass. What Nicholas didnt know is that, the lady is a priestess with unique abilities and powers. The Priestess named Sevina, and Nicholas talked for hours. Sevina shared that before they met, she stayed in Devias for a week and haven't seen a single soul willing to put others first than their selves. Sevina said to Nicholas that Devias was full of Greedy , Unworthy, and Desperate people and will never be saved by this crisis but Nicholas disagreed. He said that his grandfather, Lawrence , the captain of the military, once said that Devias was once a quiet and peaceful city. A city where people are safe and secured. The crisis of Devias started when a group of Yetis once invaded the city. The City never regain its status back and was turned into a wasteland. Nicholas told Sevina that one day, He will change the city and bring back the smile of his people. With these words the priestess was moved. She offered a special mission to Nicholas. Find people who are willing to put other's S-afety first, who you think will be A-dmired by many, who are N-ice not only to people but all the living souls in the city, who are T-rustworthy to lead, and whose A-ngelic enough to see the good in all things. I will give you an extraordinary power, a Magical Suit that can create the most desirable things a human will ever think of. Give these kind of people what they desire Nicholas, She added. From now on, You will be named S.A.N.T.A . As the storm passed the priestess said goodbye but before the priestess left, he left her magical and most loyal reindeer named Rudolph, and said to Nicholas, you will be the Symbol of Hope. After this encounter, Nicholas went around the City of Devias finding all the good people through out a year and give them their materialistic desires once a year on the same day the priestess showed up, which was considered the coldest time in Devias. Due to the mission given by the priestess to Nicholas, Devias went back to its old status where people are doing good, treating each other well and a city where people are always smiling. As time goes by, the suit was handed to numerous of trusted people giving hope to others. It is said, who ever uses the magical suit will be strong enough to become the people's hope and sturdy enough to withstand all evil doers. Up until now, people of Devias are seeing a person riding his/her sleigh, guided by a reindeer and giving out gifts to good people on the coldest day of Devias.

Horus Imperial Set

Horus was the leader of the Archangels created by the Gods to guard and protect the continent and inhabitants of iMU. He is also the most powerful among the archangels and because of the power and greatness that he possess, the people worshiped him and called him the Archangel of Protection. Horus is an arrogant Archangel and he often boast about his greatness. Over time he became corrupted by his powers.

Centuries have passed, Horus became more and more corrupted. He wanted to live like a God and make an empire of his own in the heavens. He poisoned the minds of the other archangels and persuade them to join him. Many Archangels stayed true to their purpose and fled away from Horus, while others joined him and enslaved the people of iMU. Horus ordered his worshipers to build him a tower in the north, near the mountains of Devias. The tower soared high up in the mountains piercing the clouds and it served as a shrine where the people worshiped him and the corrupted archangels. It also served as a gate to Horus’s kingdom, and later on Horus named his empire Icarus. He abandoned his duty and became a cruel Emperor. He conquered many lands and kingdoms of men and elves. None could stand against him and his army.

This however, did not sit well with the Gods that created him. They have watched and have seen enough of Horus’s treachery. He has corrupted his purpose and abandoned his duty as guardian. Above all this, they would not let one of their creations be treated equal to a God. Knowing that the kingdom of Men and Elves could do nothing against him, the Gods made their move and unleashed their wrath against Horus’s Empire. His army proved no challenge to the Gods and the Imperial Palace of Horus quickly fell down from the skies like it was nothing. The Gods cursed the archangels that followed him and turned them into a mindless monsters, such as Alquamos, while others became a lesser kind of dragon known as Drakan. Realizing that he was nothing compared to his creators, he begged the Gods for forgiveness, but the Gods are unwilling to accept his repentance and as punishment for his crimes, they took Horus’s spirit and sealed it to his Imperial Armour and staff. He became a prisoner for all eternity unable to live the way he wanted nor influence anyone for he is now trapped inside the Imperial set that he used to enslave the people of iMU.

The Gods gave the Imperial Set to the mortals, so that they could protect themselves in times of need. This way Horus's true purpose would still be fulfilled but in the body and hands of a mortal. They would have the power of the very archangel that enslaved them for many years.

Throughout the centuries, Horus was forgotten by the mortals and only the elves of Noria knows the true story. The tower that served as an entrance to his old empire remained and later on the people called it Lost Tower and the ruins of Icarus became an outpost for the flying creatures that tormented the lands of iMU.​
