Problem with connect to server

Hello, i am a new player here, and i have some kind of problem with launcher when trying connect to the game. I close all antyvirus and firewalls, but it still looks like somethink block connection (i dont know what, i close all i can) here is screen http://www25.speedyshare.com/3kqRu/download/Nowy-Obraz-mapa-bitowa.BMP
When i click "connect" is around 3-5 second loading then "Fail connection" and nothing change. what shall i do? Please help me.
 
Did you try to re-install the client?
 
Have you got Team Viewer? Willing to have a look at your problem and possibly help you to solve it.
 
Try to use AutoUpdate in your InfinityMU folder
 
i made auto update many times didnt work too, now im reinstaling again and if still dont work i will download this program team viewer


ok i have this program what next?

Maybe your connection is to slow to connect in our server......try to get a better connection......if your connection is very good then try to re-install your windows ...Would be better if you will use windows xp or windows 7!
 
How to clear your DNS cache

The following methods allow you to remove old and inaccurate DNS information that may result in 404 errors.
Windows® XP, 2000, Vista, 7, 8


  1. Click the Start button.
  2. On the Start menu, click Run....
    • If you do not see the Run command in Vista, enter "run" in the Search bar.
  3. Type the following in the Run text box: ipconfig /flushdns

From there on your connection should work to our server. If still doesn't work it's probably your internet provider or firewall. Check firstly the firewall and make sure it allows file mu.exe and main.exe
 
I have no idea what kind of firewall (i close the windows firewall, deinstal antyvirus+firewall) may block it .. i probably close all what is possible and still not work.. made this ipconfig /flushdns.. dont work too no idea :(

Hi abhorsen, if you are running MU on window 8. Please go to Control Pannel and select Allow a program or feature through window firewall, next select Change setting and chose MU/add it to the list of app of being let through and click OK.

If this doesn't work please reply and let us know.

Try to Run as the main launcher >> Right Click the main and then Click run as

If Don't Work try to Reformat your Window and updates your video card !

Well, as I read the comment above. you tried different ways.
but the only one thing you can survive about this nightmare, reformat your pc and download again the InfinityMU
and make sure the download is complete 100% and before you install., off your FW, AV. then install.
and try to make sure your internet connect is good / stable.
