Problem with launching the game, waiting assistance from resistant

This could be caused by outdated or too new video drivers or the windows you have and hardware is incompatible for the video drivers and the games you run. Some of the new video drivers like for the NVIDIA video cards doesn't support the hardware you have. So if you installed too new video drivers this could be the problem too. Try to check what is the last compatible video drivers for your video card. Possible solution is that you insert the disc with the drivers you had with the computer you bought.

Example I have Nvidia geforce 9600 GS and the newest released drivers aren't compatible for the video card I own. So I have to use a bit older video driver.

If you remember some message of this kind:
NVIDIA Installer cannot continue

This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware

and installed the video drivers even if you had this warning then some games won't run, but some will run for some reason. (Newest games usually run)

Other possible problem might be also that your computer doesn't have Antivirus software. Our anticheat system detects viruses too and blocking your client from start. Usually there's crash of main.exe if virus or third party process is trying to execute within the main.exe
I recommend you to download and install some Antivirus such as AVG or ESET NOD32. An reinstall of the windows also might help.

Thanks!
Hoping that you solve the problem soon.

Does Anti hack appear on the screen and then it disappears and does not load? If you are like that check the programs that he is executing or that they execute its PC on having initiated, this generally is the big problem.

Its not an anti-virus issue, because it doesn't works like that, and about the blocking system from the Mu GameGuard itself , it might appear a message saying some kind of error, so there is 2 things left, as Resistant said, could be ur graphic card that is not working properly, if you got a dedicated one , try to update it to a stable driver version, and by that i mean, nothing about beta ones.

Also ur issue is really similar to when DEP Blocks software for the Operating System security, since its job is to avoid viruses getting installed to ur system through from any kind of launchers, etc.

Follow the next Steps:

Open ur console cmd" by writing it on the start bar, if ur using you can press Start+R and write CMD and Execute it as Administrator" or the easiest way by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, that will open the console with administrator permissions, then Disable the DEP system by writing on the console the following Command:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff , to check if it made the changes properly , go to Panel Control/system/Advanced System configuration, then click the configuration button on the perfomance Section, if it worked the DEP System should be banned, you can try by adding all the executables from Infinity mu in the DEP exclusions.

have a nice day.

I'd also add my input here.

First of all, seriously, using DEP gives you more trouble. And ofcourse, as noted it can't be firewall nor antivirus, antivirus would give you a message and the firewall would just block the port, meaning that MU would start and you'd see that you are disconnected. Now, Windows 7 might have some compatibility issues. You can try this, Rightclick on the executable, press Properties, open tab Compatibility, Tick: Run this program under compatibility mode: Choose Windows XP SP3, also check Running the game as Administrator. Now, to move on, you can try to move the game to your Desktop. Why? Because Windows 7 has implented the UAC system, which might keep you off from filechanges etcetera. On your own desktop, you are obliged to do everything.

As I also noted, you have a newer model of GPU, a Mobile GPU, which indicates that you're running an laptop. Do confirm that does your laptop use the newest Optimus technology. It wouldn't hurt you to install DirectX redistributables (both 9th and 10th). The game not launching must actually leave a mark too.

To achieve the mark do this:
Start->Run->type in eventvwr -> Choose Windows Logs and from there, choose Application logs, find the Main.exe one, which you're having trouble, copy here what output does it send.

Tho yeah, first go with RESiSTANT. Get the GeForce 334.67 Beta Driver, for me, works splendid. As you're not violating any rule set by the anticheat, that must mean that you don't have any hacks installed (which could turn you off from gaming as well).

Now, I noted something about Optimus technology. Check that does your laptop have 2 GPU's (an integrated one and a dedicated one, usually noted as iGPU and dGPU, you can get it from devicemanager). If it does, rightclick on your executable and choose: Run with graphics processor: NVIDIA hi-performance one, if that doesn't work, you can also try to run it with the integrated one. It could be that the game tries to launch the game on iGPU but you force it to launch on dGPU, aka, no game would be executed, giving the code that it doesn't know where to run.

Respond if you have more data.

DEP is active by default and always be active, that's why i suggested to disable it or add the launcher to the DEP Exclusions since his issue is very similar to the Blocks from DEP, so i'm pretty sure the issue is between the GPU and DEP, also note that he played on the same O.S without any trouble before, so it can't be a compatibility software issue, anyways it's always good to have many choices and points of view to start on fixing the issues.

Do note that Windows gets awfully alot of updates, something might've been updated, therefore something might've gone awry.

It's nice to see people who know a lil about computers here. :P

And yes, I'll correct myself: DEP is always on, but by default, it's on only for Windows essential programs and services, AKA it doesn't interfere with usual executables.

sometimes it does because remember DEP is made to avoid any viruses to get installed on the pc through executables, but yeah i'd like to suggest people to never let Windows update download/install updates alone, always change the config to choose if you wanna download/install the updates available, Windows update is such a pain, and yeah could be what you said too, some update was downloaded and installed and messed up everything.. but let's see after our suggestions..

DEP interferes when it's made to interfere, usually it's not, so therefore Windows Defender/Firewall/UAC/some other bullcrap interferes. ;)

About installing windows updates - that depends how you use your computer. If you're a downloader + a gamer and don't know alot about computers, then please, install as many updates as possible, because you might be abused. If you know more about computers (security loops are easy to keep handled) then you don't have to. I rarely install, but I am running 8.1 atm, and possibly next week I'll perform a full-update as well. ;)

On Windows8, updates bring optimization, more speed. :P

I kept Windows 7 without updates, those updates ain't truly helping honestly, windows update, doesn't brings the best updates to download, at least not the ones for hardware, it just brings compatibility issues, so as for me, screw it, i won't be wasting my time downloading crap :P

just reinstall ur infinityMU bro .. and make sure ur firewall is off

Please, guys, reformat? Reinstall? Compatibility mode? New computer?

Sorry, but please, compatibility mode was already said by me, but other stuff, is pure idiocity, if you don't know about computers, then it's useless to spam. :)

Have you tried ''bringing back'' your computer?, or Restoring?... It should works.

1. Initiate session in Windows as administrator. 2. Do click in Beginning, select All the programs, Accessories, Tools of the system and, later, do click in Restoring system. It begins To restore system. 3. On the screen To restore system, do click in Restoring my equipment to a previous condition (if it had not been selected already) and in Following. 4. In the page Select a point of restoration, do click in the point of control of the most recent system of the list Do click in a point of restoration of this list and, later, do click in Following. A message can appear of Restoring system that enumerates the changes of configuration that will be done. Do click in Agreeing. 5. On the screen To confirm the selection of the point of restoration, do click in Following. To restore system returns to the previous configuration of Windows XP/7 and, later, it restarts the equipment. 6. Initiate session in the equipment as administrator. The screen appears Restoration finished of Restoring system. 7. Do click in Agreeing.

Good luck!

Seriously? so you want him to make a rollback of 6 months? LOLZ, rollbacks aren't solutions and usually it might bring more issues.

As I said, keep the useless stuff away and don't post here if you don't know how a computer acts or what does what. We're trying to help him in other ways than format/restore/whatsoever retardation.

Who knows if the guy fixed the issue long ago and forgot to close the thread, lolz

So many useless comments here, always the same solutions and nothing is right. But at least you get post counts.

Reformat the PC? No.

Actually Jantsux is right, it's only about the combatibility of the client. Simply :
Right click on the icon->properties->change combatibility to windows XP

If this doesn't work try the other combatibilites. Some people had this thing already
alot of times, i remember that back to the 70's. Im convinced it will work.

I just want to make him bring back his pc, who knows?, perhaps his computer got something wrong/virus, or he deleted something useful or whatever?, it will be fixed with the Restoring, it will bring his pc to a good moment... when the Infi Mu used to run successfully. That's all, No criticism please.
