1. MY GAME CLIENT DOESN'T LAUNCH
Check your windows firewall (or your custom one). Some applications as anti virus or firewall can block your game client.
Also try to start it few or several times through the main.exe

2. MY ANTIVIRUS SAYS THAT MY GAME CLIENT IS VIRUS INFECTED
Some of antiviruses acts wrong when they scan our game client protections.
Code parts can be recognized as potential dangerous ... well that is not true really.
We cannot change the way your antivirus recognize viruses. Our downloads are 100% virus free.

3. AFTER I CLICK ON SERVER SELECT BUTTON I GET DISCONNECTED
Some of your ports can be blocked or non redirected.
Your firewall can be configured wrong and block outgoing connections to our servers.
If you are using LAN shared internet please ask your administrator to unlock your ports.
We can tell you exactly what ports to unlock by sending to you PM.

4. I GET DISCONNECTED WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN

Please close all non necessary windows and programs then try again.
