3Hrs Straight every 2-3mins Disconnected is normal?

I have Stable internet I try all the process to make the pc run smoothly .. Like CCleaner, Anti Virus NOD32, Defragment etc.

3 hours straight every 2-3mins Disconnected is this normal??
iv tried enough w/ my patient .. i cant enjoy PK-ing in stadium bcoz of this..

in CMD this is my ping and its normal for me

in WTFast this is my ping also this is normal for me too..

we have the same issue. i guess its about the wtfast is set to 3hrs?

I'm an advance user running windows 8.1, and windows 7. My wtfast has never disconnected on me. I have a a suggestion that its your internet provider. Because I never get disconnected from wtfast. Only right now with France 1, always disconnect after Loading screen. but other than that it might be your computer or your internet provide.
