A problem with "Resets Stats"

Hello, my name is Tomaxs and today I put "Reset Stats" with my personage "Tomaxs". According to the members of the clan to which I belong, they would have to give me 25.000 points (It this one well) and a few resets. The problem is that they have not given them to me still (I am in approximately 77 resets).
I hope that this problem is solved and that it has my resets.

This is how the system works:

Use this function on your own. You might receive some bonus points after reseting your stats, but not more than you had this moment.
1 Reset is equal on 500 LevelUp Points. So if you have 50 resets you'll receive 25,000 LevelUp Points after reseting your character's stats.

Basically you do 77 x 500= 38, 500 LevelUp points
Now what exactly do you mean that you didn't get any or you got less then 38, 500 LevelUp?
