Watch the whole video and you will notice it. First No Multiple DGM.
Second No Blinking/Jumping Third He use SD armor + wiz ring you can't get very good defense there VS full DRI. Fourth Phantasm told me in pm NOT ENOUGH PROOF, Last One Did you check His pot rate :)

Sir TechN9ne. rotation after the kill. If you have good Specs of PC and good Internet you will notice it Normal. But When you are using Old PC and Lame Internet Connection it will cause by lag and delay. I think you are not agree with Phantasm.

fast forwarded rotations are not caused by lags and delays bro, remember that :) only by speeded up gameplay/or video
well let toby or RESi decide in that :>
 

So? I'm without any set, any weapont, any acessory, just wizard + wing + shield, and I'm using shield skill, I still can survive agasn't a BK with exe set and my pot rate is same as the guy in your report.

Sir I don't think so lag and delay will cause you blink and jump too and also the rotation you are talking about. It can be cause by lag or delay by the one who recording me.

It's not my case but i was wondering how he could get banned after only 1-2 kills? I was thinking, its not enough proof etc. but when i saw that they are talking about fast rotation after the kill then i realized that something is wrong. You are talking that's depend on pc specification but i have not a bad configuration (i7 3770k oc. 4.5GHz, geforce gtx 680, 8gb RAM 1866mhz) and i can't rotate like You on the video. It's a spam topic so i wrote something from my self about this all. It's only my opinion.

Not Full DRI. SD IGNORE + CRIT on Sword. and his PC has delay you can see it in video the one who report me.

FULL DAMAGE RATE 7% is more power full than SD -_- Think about it and did you see his pot rate and the pot rate of the one who reported me commonsense please.

how to know if SH:
1. rotations
2. fast kill, huge damages comes out, fast TS
3. blinking
