If Im not mistaken, as u says " So let EUs will pot per second 5,PHs 3 or 4 ", by blockin the ping reducers programs, PH people wont have a chance to use thse 3 or 4 pots cuz of too high ping, if that become possible ( changing the pot delay ) they will use WTF or PZ to recieve 3-4 pots/s. So by blockin the programs we wont handle with the problem... Maybe theres no way to be fixed, only dangerous from HUGE BAN is the way, nothing else.

The current potion delay is 3 . Doesn't matter with wtfast (and suchlike programs) or no , since they are just killing lags they have no any boundries with increasing the potion rate more than you got at the moment. Everyone's potting rate will stay netural as it is now if the program will be blocked yet, someone's game will be smooth while others are muddy.

they deliberatly use a VPN software to increase their ping to obtain advantages in PvP.

It is the second problem that requires the second thread to be discussed about.

I have managed to get a ping between 55-65. I think it is amazing ping for this server. My potion rate is awesome and combos either(i'm sure you know about my combos). A ph guy who got 280-350 ping owns me so freakin easy with his sh*t ping. He does 5combos in 1 second and when i report them staff team told so,

Well pinoys abuse without wtfast/pz and our team can't do anything against them now.

Must be kiddin? So what's the point for europeans to play in this server when a guy with 300 ping can own a player with 50? It doesn't go to all PH ofc. Just a few couples.

P.S I think untill venci change the server i will be in Canada already to be a natural abuser.

The topic of this discussion is long left behind and it turned into something else.
I suggest you to respect the game rules! Users who abuse the VPN softwares to increase latency will be dealt acordingly.
The only good suggestion i saw till now is increasing ban durations for this offense and maybe a slight tweak on pot rate (this has to be tested out). We can't punish the players that use PZ/Wtfast to decrease their ping by blocking these programs for a handful of lag abusers that also complain about not being allowed to do it.
