i didnt know about this thread or else i would've told my friends to do more often and make sure they enter captcha.i have 1 idea if its not late.why not organize a day when GM's will log in mu and make an announcement about that event.it would make some players vote correctly.what do you think about this?

Many players beside the GM and EM also post like in store to Vote every 12 hours.In the same manner,don't let only event motivate you to vote,you can vote on your own free will so the server can be better 
This won't really work, and as expressed above it's already done. If you really want some efficient thing, then tell to your friends to vote properly, and tell them to tell to their friends too. The good goals only can be reached if everybody (mostly) together do something. To motivate players is not only the Staff Team's responsibility (and they are doing everything they can), it's every players' responsibility too.
I have no exact numbers, but I believe if half of not properly voting but active players would properly vote, InfinityMU easily would be in the TOP5 on xtremetop100.
