can i suggest about giving a top reset tag for the top 10 reset on our server?

I disagree to this suggestion, if you want to have a tag for top resets. You can join and get the tag of Top voters, well you can earn more credits. Plus we have a dozen of tags so we don't need a new one.

I think this will be OK just for us Players to be motivated as well in getting resets

Game connected activites regarding resets cannot be mixed with getting privilages in forum.
We don't need more tags,we have enough already.
What concerns the game is already implemented as a reward for the forumers.
