Hello

I don't know if it is the right section I post.
please Move this in the right Section.

Here we go.

I'm using Smart Phone 4G (Android) to vote.
I've seen some of our voting system like this(see below) doesn't appears the captcha code


here's my the sample


it doesn't appeared the captcha code ..it just only a box with question mark "?"

can we have a solution with this? if we can vote using Smart Phone?

sometimes i vote with,smartphone too but always captcha appearing.
u can just leave page if captcha doesnot apear i think u will get vote anyway!

Sorry! I'm not like that to leave the Page w/out putting the captcha code ..I don't like your advise to leave just like that ..

Leaving without entering the captcha code is prohibited, Jez don't do that.

On behalf of the other comment,Nard,do you use a browser or just go through the internet icon on your smart phone.If you want you can download the chrome browser and go through there.Maybe you are lacking some plugins.Try using chrome,if it doesn't work,give feedback,meanwhile I will search bout this problem :)

its the same bro.. it doesn't appear the captcha code ..
I've tried "Puffin,Mozilla,Chrome" and other browser available in my phone but its the same..
 
Nard,try removing any addons you have on your phone that are added to the browsers,try looking for them in your files manager section,check the folders,one of them must contain downloaded addons,not many have,but I have seen that to be an issue sometimes.Update your flash player,it could cause you problems,old version have defects.

I think andriod doesn't have flash player now .. i'll try your advice bro..


@jez,that's why I posted this because I need a solution for this and help me out! got it..
not just like leave it ..

If you know the rules in voting, you don't need to say "just leave page". where is the solution there?
 
The reason is simply is, that site uses adobe flash to generate the captcha code. By default mobile OSs don't have flash player, moreover only old versions (which are no longer supported, so no guaranty they will even work well with newer versions too) available for download.
A guide how to install flash player for your phone [if you still want to do it] is available here. (After the installation it's suggested to disable the 3rd party sources option.)

Even though flash is obsolete nowadays, since an external tool (plugin) required for it. Probably this is the reason why that site uses for captcha, because they think it's harder to cheat with it.

I think because of my Andriod Version. its 4.4.2 now..

and its not compatible on this version..
