Account problems

Hi there , i have 3 accounts , the 1st account works perfectly but i don't know what's happening with my secound account and third account , i can't see my characters , is that a bug or ? When i log in on the site i see my character , but when i log in into the game i see no characters...

Try enter perfectly your user name or example username Jorge123,
and now you enter jorge123 .
Ps: This username is invent only

maybe there's a need of capitalization
example your account is Name123
but you typed in name123. you must type in your correct account id

Since you can see your characters on the website your characters aren't deleted but they're bugged somehow.
Report your problem in Bug Reports and wait for RESiSTANT. Don't forget to post a character name for each account to know who you are!

@MrDJ & Claszified: Don't try to help if you don't know what the problem is, what you do is spam and repeating the same things. How is it possible to type wrong Account ID or pass but enter in account?

for example lets say you made account named : Billy99
but you go in game and when u log in u write : billy99

you can still log-in(with both of them)
if you log-in with Billy99 you got your characters
but when you log-in with billy99 you dont have your characters because its a different account somehow

BIG FAILED!

Before say shjt thing to the helpers, you should try log-in your account with letters in capital and you can see all.
