Always crash

hello. I would like to get some help from you guys. Cause my client always crashes. it just hangs for about 3 secs and closes without the "you have been disconnected from the server" sign. i tried redownloading the client and made a clean install. turned off my firewall and closed all apps that may affect the game. But still the game crashes. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try to restart your modem! Its a Internet connection problem dude.

still getting dc after i restarted the router

Right click main.exe then properties, compatibility> Run as admin.

Try it tell me if it works :p
 
i dont have any anti virus

Is your problem same as the video? Try what I said and allow mu.exe and main.exe in your windows firewall.
 
i turned off firewall and my OS is windows xp

Are you sure you don't have an anti virus? Check again. My main problem was with the antivirus.

Problem N° 8:

-Sync Process Problem

Download our AutoUpdateTool in this thread -> Click . Run it as Administrator -> It will download any file missed and update your client.

If for some reason it doesn't download the file, Just disable your Antivirus + Firewall while you do the same process. It works 100%.

I'm gonna stress out that the main problem is with firewalls and antivirus by detecting main as a virus and immediately terminating the program. If any of these wont work I'll help you out tomorrow. Just keep updating here.

I'm pretty sure that is about speed connection, please test ur speed here ( speedtest.net and pingtest.net ) share it to us. let's see the real problem :)

i forgot to tell you guys that 3 days ago it was working fine. but i had to go to my cousin's house and when i got here it started to crash already. but when i was at home it worked fine. btw im using only a laptop

its ISP problem

if u are using PLDT dont expect good gaming if u are using their lowest most affordabl plan.

upgrade to 5mpbs

I have 15mbps fibr and this happened to me.
 
UDPATE YOUR DAMN CLIENT
RUN as Administrator too

Hello,

As I read the statement above you still got the problem they provide the possible solution but still your client crashed, and as you said you don't have any anti-virus try to use Microsoft Essential Security as your anti-virus and also update your client and turn your OS to windows 7 cause windows xp is no longer supported by Microsoft.
