Any Solution for Suddenly Droping of FPS?

use an antilag patch, reduce the visual effects to +5 limitation...or eliminate glow items completly.
if that wont help....buy a better GPU card.
 
we have everything here in forums, if you have trouble finding the links let me know.
 
I would suggest you defrag your hard drive, clean your registry then check for malware with malwarebytes and a good antivirus.
Check your PC temperatures by downloading this
If they are high your 2nd option is to clean your dust from CPU and graphic cards, if it's desktop PC ofc

maybe the temperature is the cause because im using a laptop.
 
Additional:

under your laptop put blower or electricfan (steady) to stay ur temperature in average heat.
