Are you connected to an router? If, yes then other computers might be connected and voted for another accounts with the same IP. It does not depends computer or IP. You can put 10 computers on the same IP if you want using your router.

I think your internet connection? it happens to me before then i just change my internet connection, so i can vote.

maybe you have dinamic intenter ip adress it maybe get problems or you realy dont wait 12 hours. or something wrong with your ip adress

That also happens to me some times.
You better wait for more hours and try it repeatedly until it works again.

This problem happened to me also, I am using a router and sometimes I checked my account every 12 hours to vote but sadly sometimes it won't give me credits sometimes it will. I don't know what happened but me and my sister and brother(With their laptop) are the only persons who is sharing with my internet and they also don't play infinity to vote, only me. I wonder what happened.

I think you should reconnect your connection then try it again.
