automatically Disconnect in game.

I have a unusual disconnection problem in game.. I Log in game after 5 mins it will be automatically Disconnected. what should be the cause or what should i do.

BTW my internet connection is stable , i dont have 3rd party programs on , i dont use " ENTER " button to login the character, well what seems to be the prob.

me to i have same prob 10 to 15 sec we disconnecting my server what the problem
 
Try to Re-Updated Your Client , And check Your Internet Connection :)

I think Your ProblemYour connection.. or the Memory of your Computer is going low.. Try To fix it. or ReFormat your PC
 
Hello,

Does it says "You're disconnected from the server" ? or just auto close? (Please answer this :P)

Anyway, if your problem is auto close then, your problem might be malwares/virus or Graphics Card Driver.

Try to add your client/main.exe to your antivirus exclusion/exception list,
if it is still not working, then try to turn off your anti-virus

Still encountering the automatic DC probs.. told you i did all possible solutions but still keep on disconnecting
 
same thing happened to me yesterday just before DL PK event...
autoclose then refused to update and connect...i dont have any third party program...my PC is up to date...i have fast connection....i also ran auto update but doesnt work...it sometimes connect but just after loading is finished i get DC...
 
What internet providers do you guys use? I guess you have to talk to your internet provider and say that your connection is unstable to some location of the world. For example Europe - France where our server location is.

That speedtest was from your ISP to your location right? If so, now try to test between the server (Europe, France) and to your location and let's see. Our admin's answer is the best thing to do for now tbh since you say your connection is fast and stable yet you're having a problem with the host location. This kind of problem can only be handled by your ISP's

i did address my problem before with my isp which is full of request time outs when i ping it. And honestly im not satisfied with their team who troubleshoot my internet which is now screwed up on my problem that i posted regarding those lost packets.

But please do address that problem with your ISP so that they can try to fix it as much as possible.
 
I have this problem since last year until now. Hardware and Software are not to blame. Just your internet provider.

I have a similar problem.. scan computer i have 360 antivirus ... And when the scan is completed fix main problem main have trojan virus... + 3server have lag and automatical disconnect .. HEUR/QVM20.1.Malware.Gen

This is not a part of his problem,the main does not have a trojan virus it's just most antivirus programs pick it up like that,to fix this problem just make an exception of the Infinity folder in your program and it won't bug you.

For the thread creator: Has your problem been fixed or you're still experiencing disconnection?
