Asmos, this is not enough proof and you are wrong banning this person. He might not use any AP. Account should be unbanned immediately. I won't accept second mistakes by you. If you deal such reports and ban you are fully responsible and you must deal seriously. Giving random bans for such less proofs is not allowed. There must be significant proofs the ban someone for a such reason.
