Can't be sure he's coldfire or not. Can be his sister or brother. If we don't find any breaches of the account we cannot set bans unless he got banned by IP and changed IP. Everyone is allowed to play since created new account and agreed to the rules by the checkbox. Once he break the rules he will be banned by IP and account.

Account is unbanned.
