Even thought it was not towards the reported player, he still deserver such punishment, because we won't keep players insulting like this to somebody else.
We all know that the worst insults are to our family members and this guy just couldn't get enough of it so here is his punishment hope he learns from it and won't to it again.
These 2 charactes are at same account and as far he insulted from the both characters he will be banned by account.
