[bug uber set] help!!!

I've donated an uber set but I only received 1 agnis uber ring, 3 other parts are only normal FO items. Please fix:

P/S: I donate for 4 accounts: saatana, Venomous, transfer (3 Agnis sets) and chimgc (hyon set); only Agnis uber set in account "transfer" get bug!
