Run the game from "mu.exe". If there's any errors popping up just take screenshot and provide it here.

Every time I run MU.exe its doesn’t load I cant see anything popping up just a box with white background after a second the box is gone i try to re install infinity MU and download latest patch but still doesn’t work I hope u can help to solve my problem two of may friends also encounter the same problem of me :sadd:

Base on my experience some pc's can't open mu. can you please describe what type/kind of pc do you have? i mean it's components and other etc. Open my computer>right click>click properties. and take a screen shot of this:

then post it here.

Re-download the client and try to instal patch manually,this helped me when i had this problem

try to reformat your pc i experienced that problem too i just simply reformat my pc.
