Just run the AutoUpdate.exe in your MU folder first, then your client will be automatically updated. If it doesn't, then the solution is to visit the link that Chi has provided you, and follow the instructions

Download and extract over InfinityMU Client only if your auto update launcher failed to download the latest updates or game can't start.

Why yes. Everything will be updated including the season 7 items if you use the AutoUpdater. You could find it inside your Infinity MU folder.

If you need it somehow, you could download this http://dll.infinitymuonline.com/patch/InfinityMU_Updater.rar and place it in your client folder.

Run it and you wouldn't have any problems regarding the items in-game.
