Cannot connect

yo guys i just setup new windows and i download the game i try to connect but no thing happen like in the video i have try my old infinty folder same and the new same any information ?

Check Task Manger and go to "Processes" and find play.exe/main.exe, if you see any of them, right on it and click "End Process". Rewatching the video i've notice that you run .exe many times and do a restart.

Check your login logs at LiveGuard/Logs folder. Copy and paste them here so we can see what might be causing this.

In the meant time try disabling DEP to main.exe and play.exe
