Cannot login to my InfinityMU account after 1-2 month break

Hello, I had been playing InfinityMU for a while so I decided to take a 1 - 2 month break. After I came back I tried to login and it says that my account does not exist. I have been playing this server for a very long time and now it says that my account does not exist. I've tried forgot password and everything still cannot find my account.
Please help me out.

My username was *** CENSORED ***

Im sorry that this is in the wrong area but. Ive tried lost password and it says my account doesnt exist.
