Why i cannot vote where in fact 12 hours had already elapsed since my last vote.. hoping for an answer thanks and more Power..

maybe you are playing in internet cafe or someone has already voted using your IP. Remember that only 1 IP is allowed to vote every 12 hours.
i am sharing our pc w/my brother and he voted earlier than me this morning but that was a different account, by da way wat s IP?
IP stands for Internet Protocol. Only 1 IP per account is allowed to vote, wait for another 12 hours to vote for your account.
If you're on a net cafe,it's possible someone else voted from there with his account so it wont allow you to vote again,or if you're home then someone might be using your wireless,and have voted with your IP.
