can't connect in game

What windows are you using? If it's windows xp try updating it to Service Pack 3 through Windows Update.

If still not work then try reinstalling the game client without applying any additional patches.

The same problem like me , I installed 3 window's
Service pack 3 , 2 And XP!

And the same result

I have been reading a lot now on the problems about the launcher which I'm also having a problem with by it looks like nobody has the answer to fix this problem...

I think you didn't install the patch.
Your updater failed probably?

It updated well...the problem is after launching an error message appears about memory which can not be read.
