Cant connect to the game, because of this.

i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again for i think 4 times already and also downloading another new client, still nothing hapenned.

Try to uninstall it again and use "CCleaner" to clean its registry then reboot. Don't forget to download a fresh copy of the client again.
