Charatcters problem

I have some issues with my account. When i log in i can't see my chars, i tried with patch, without patch but nothing... i tried on a different machine and the same thing. I can't creat any chars but when i log in on website i see my chars but not in game. Thank you very much.

Make sure you type your account name exactly as you used in registration.

I can acces my account but i caant see my characters. On the website i can see that i have those characters but in game doesn't appear.
