I truly don't see how that could be any type of cheat...If he's cheating, when I dueled you, you were cheating too, cuz you killed me way faster than he's killing you.
It took him at least 5 seconds for him to kill you, the time he killed you the fastest.
5 seconds doesn't equal 5 hits, its way, way more.
He probably had elf buffs, or he lagged a little bit, which made him hit you without reflect for a couple seconds.
