Hi There,

I'm having problem getting the client to run. Everytime I do, it just booted me off the game and pop up with the MUGuard Case 031.

I tried wiping all the possible malware or interfering programs, running as clean as possible.

Still, it didn't work out for me.

I've attached my llaglog here for reference.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/cyh1tu22jvnliji/llahlog.dat

Appreciate if anyone could help me figure out what's wrong (since I can't open the .dat file properly.)

Thanks.

Did that too, but still the same problem persist.

This happens when I tried to run the game with my sis' laptop. I have no problem running it with my desktop tho.

Just wondering what or where did it went wrong... :sos:

Try to do this one it might help you:
1. Go to the Downloads section and download the MU Infinity INSTALLER without the Music/Sound.
2. Install MU.
3. Open MU.exe and take all updates.
4. Download the latest patch and extract it in a seperate folder.
5. Copy "config.ini" from the patch (only that file) and paste it in the new MU folder. Replace files.
6. Update again and you should be able to play now.
Make sure you start MU from a shortcut! otherwise it doesn't work.

Please let us know if its working in your case.

I did it, didn't work at the beginning.

Then I tried changing the compatibility for the main.exe to Windows 7 (since my laptop is running Windows 8)

Now there's no more MUGuard Error 031 - but I still getting disconnected 10 second after logging in.

Not sure what's wrong this time...

Hmm, Just wait for RESiSTANT to see your llahlog.dat

But you can try this solution, you might get lucky :D

Close all debuggers before starting client (Close your Antivirus/disable firewall)
Start->Right Click Computer->Properties->Advanced system settings then click the settings tab under Performance. Click Data Execution Prevention tab, then enable it (bottom selection), then add Main.exe launcher to the list. Restart PC.
