Client problem

hello i recently instaled infinity mu on my laptop, the problem is i made every thing i could,i deactivated the firewall ,added it to exception turned off the antivirus but when i start the launcher and after i press conect the screen goes verry short black and i go back straight to desktop the game wont launch no error no nothing, any suggestions ?

Check your video card drivers. They must be updated / installed. What video card model do you use?

last night i made the latest update my laptop is an acer ,win7 x64, i3 2.4 ghz,video card nvidia geforce 710M with 2 gb dedicated VRAM,4 GB ddr3 memory,everything is up to date,on my pc witch is older and has a poorer video card ati 5000 series and everything works just fine

Have you tried this method?

Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the mu window.

Reasons : Debugger is present, DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs and mu client is started with limited user.

Solutions : Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run mu client with admin level (run as Admin in Vista/Win7)

just tried i added all exe's from the mu client in that dep list,i restarted my pc and runned the game as an administrator i also tried before to run it in an other compatibility and no luck i even downloaded an other client x.x i didn''t try 1 thing that with the debugger i dont really know what that is this is my dad's laptop he doesnt know that mutch of it stuff so i dont think he has so mutch on his laptop and as i mentioned , i have a pc i3 ,ati hd radeo and so on and after the instalation the games worked just fine with no problems exept it crashes when i try to add points in game but exept that it works perfectly and thats why i can 't understand why it wont run on this damn laptop x.x
