CLICK , try to download again it. Disable your antivirus it can be the reason. Try to back system for about 4 month's mby it will help.
How to back system ?
Start / Control Panel/ Backup Restore
Try to back system to time when your problem started.

Could be your ATI drivers. Try to update the latest ATI.

He never claimed his main.exe was crashing but rather that it wouldn't connect so not sure how much that would help.
