My vault has a problem, whenever a put any item in it, and I go to the website and change vaults, the item disappears. When you replied and said that the problem was fixed, I tried again, and it was still the same thing. I cleared the vault, and tried to change it to the old vault, and nothing was there. So I cleared the vault again and put a Jewel of Bless in there, and the same thing keeps happening. BUT, sometimes when I put an item in there it just doubles up in the other vault, as an it DUPES on it's own. But I'm sure it's not happening just to me,it's definitely happening to other people too. And I'm sure many people are taking advantage of this. And some times the items just disappear. I think it freezes or somthing...
i hope to have not lost my SOLs, because it's my treasure. If you want, I have pictures of the signs in the vault, store, inventory...I wanted to know if you could see about this soon because I need some to register my guild on Thursday.
I've these SOLs since TH3DARK, |ForcE|, and not including the ones that I bought recently, and I also combined mine with Krystians(colddeath), this is how I have so many.
I'm gonna be offline for a couple of days because of finals, but if you really want to help me, my ID is : upaa. Well I'm gonna take the last FINAL exam this Thursday, I might fail it, but I'm gonna study A LOT, so I won't fail it.
I've lost so many items, but this isn't a problem, I have A LOT of items, but I bought them in game anyways. But still, it took me a LONG time to get all this to just lose it like that. I hope you can at least recover my SOLs.
See you guys in 3 days, I hope I will have my SOLs back when I get back
