didnt get the 2000 free credits

hi admin i just want to inform you that i didnt get the 2000 free credits,i created my account here in infinity since last oct.2010 i think so it means im included in the 2k credits,i already email you almost 1week or more now but still no reply

pls resolve my problem...

it was also questioned by SirNite but in his case he had a 14 acc i think two of them didnt get 2000k credits ...
but in you case only 1 acc... i dont know why you havent get a 2k credits but be patient they will take action for this..

whats going on in my account???? first i didnt get my 2000 free credits now its been 2days still cant vote i cant complete my set,i need to afk for a long hours just to get a credits, please admin fixed my problems,i know you have a own life but im also a player here that kind of problems i have now is your responsibility...how can i donate for uber set if the this simple problem cant be fixed so it means i need to wait weeks to receive that???
