Post your comments please. Expecting to hear specially about DL Fire Scream cool-down decreased and SM Teleport cool-down added.

Since we managed to fix all agility bugs we had to do something with the Dark Lord and decrease a bit the cool-down of it's best skill because it now works on 32k Agility. Post your opinions how is the fight against DL vs BK in-game. You can try with different set items and harmony options, different classes and say your opinion here.

Dark Lord damage could be decreased but not much because we would like Dark Lords to have chance for a proper fight against BK in the PK King every month and not only in that special event but in-gameplay too like it's supposed to be.

Please post only if you have done your tests and make sure to note your IGN + items you had in the duel vs DL.

Hello Vencito,

First of all thanks for this great update. It is really appreciated. I tried DL with FO Gears and it is overpowered. I mean, my DMG and DMG speed is cool to kill my opponent but my opponent never can kill me :-/ A BK need at least uber SD to kill me before I kill him, and with SD that BK will die in a sec even with his 10 pots per sec. My suggestion is, if it is possible, add agi BUG on DL. Then let DLs make 13600 agi like before. At least DLs will die faster then. But now it is hard to kill DLs. Even with 1-2 pots per sec, DL is hard to be killed. When a DL gets full buff, hmmm at least a swell, then BKs will hardly Kill a DL.


EDIT:
DLs can own everbody with in 1-2 hit with Electric Spark skill. Add Cool Down on it :)

As Abesta said, Extreamly high damage has now the Dark Lord. Kills everybody in few hits with Electric Spark. Should put back more cooldown, it looks like more stronger than a speedhack program :p

About SM's Teleport Cooldown: i think 11 seconds is too much. It should be decreased to 5-6 seconds. In this way the SM will be the same "buffer" then the Elf because his defence will depend of only the Mana Shield and the Potrate because he cant use any other tactics now to defend himself, in 11 seconds can die easily if more players atack him like in Castle Siege. Its good its increased now the cooldown coz the non-stop Teleporting was annoying. But even 11 seconds is too much i think. It would be better a 5-6 seconds i think.

- Ice Storm now completely visible within the agility bug fixes (DW/SM/GrM/MG/DM)
its not visible with Max Stats Sm.

- Magic: Evil Spirit (DW/SM/GrM/MG/DM)
Not working on Max Stats SM.

Never been very good in my opinion the first one to hit all the char ridiculous. Now we get to BK uber all in vain. Anyone selling different char uber open play does not continue in this way. I want you to reinstatement. This is my personal opinion

I agree with that - Teleport's cooldown is way too high. Being an SM myself, I agree that Teleport is too often abused to the extent of annoyance (BKs usually can't hit me). But 11 seconds? Well..

I usually use Teleport for non-PK reasons too, eg. Teleporting past the fences in Arena etc. Thing is, there's always once or twice where Teleport fails to work (the Teleport blink appears, but my character remains in the same spot). I believe that's been a long-standing bug of MUOnline, but then with this added cooldown, it's been a lot of inconvenience moving from place to place.

Anyways, truth be told, I think the decision to add the cooldown to Teleport has made the BK meta stronger than ever. Playing in my SM, I've found most BKs very overpowered (even with me Teleporting and casting Lightning). It's hard (not to say impossible) to kill a BK one on one; now with the cooldown I don't think SMs will stand a chance.

Cooldown of FS AND ES it should be back bcoz ruin the whole game, and cooldown of telep it`s ok.

-I've tested the Non-Cooldown Skills, and it was so SICKKK. I mean I can kill BK, DL with an ease. I felt I'm using Hack. LOL. For me, It's Over Powered.
SM:
-I agree with Titan, The Cooldown for SM is good, but it's too long, It should be like 4-6 seconds just to give time frame to kill them.
-Ice Storm and Evil Spirits are now Working perfectly at Max Stats

Maybe we cant be too harsh on our comments. I know some ppl dont agree with this update but we cant blame our admins decision in making these kind of updates because they are doing their best to let us have a better gaming experience. Maybe we can give a little respect in our comments regarding to this. If this is no good. Then theres still next update that can fix the things that you dont like. No hard feelings but I just want you guys to respect our higher staffs. Anyway, thank you for your comments. These comments might help in the next update.

For me SM's evil spirit and ice storm works fine. Even with my 65k stats GM char (SM character).

i love this new update dont remove it. 1st time in history that i will leave lorencia and go kill players haha. you may not see me in market anymore ^^. its cool update. and sir venci will not make this update. if this will ruined the server. just my opinion thanks.

New Update:
Teleport Cool-Down set to 6 seconds;
Fire Scream Cool-Down increased with 1.75 seconds.
Electric Spike Cool-Down increased to 0.8 milliseconds.

Shouldn't be over-powered any more. Re-log to apply the updates.

its good to be noob sometimes. its been years that bk owned stadium. i think its time for some change.

I agree about Electric spark skill. It should have some cool down or lowered damage. Its just impossible to fight with DLs now

idk.. Ice Storm is working for me aswell, just its not visible as before the Update. The SM's Evil Spirit skill is not working if i hold down the Right Click at 32767 nor with Fenrir, nor without and im using simple GS Set + Fo wind accesories.


im the only one whom the Fire Scrteam is just working but without giving Damages when the Right Click is holded? : ?

But I have another problem I can't see my own Electric Spark but sometimes I can see others.

well for me i will give my honest opinion:

DL Update Overview:
Dark Lord is too OP

Gear used:

Hyon +2 FO full DRI
Bronze Full SD

Reasons:
-Damage of FireScream doesnt coincide with the fixed agility bug (it should be lowered)

-the decrease cooldown is fine so that DL will atleast be balance with BK but having DL spam 60k in your screen the whole time vs full DRI uber is not so cool

*since firescream is more likely to be spammable with at least 60k of induced damage (base dmg including crit buff) and about 30k (without crit buff) vs other class, it should have a lower damage (about 13k or lower).

Adjusting the damage to a lower state means:
a. we got room for damage which the critical buff adds
b. we got room for damage which the elf damage buff adds

given that a DL can induced a damage of 20k-25k or higher (full buff inclusive) if will be revamped it would still be decent enough to kill a BK with full buff. However, in order for DL to at least significantly damage the BK or other classes we must increase the HP of Dark Lords to make it tanky enough and tolerate a little bit of damage and reflect vs other classes. DL defense should also be lowered a bit but only by a small fraction. Since if we increase its HP we slash off a little bit of the defense so that the damage of the other classes can still penerate with decent amount of dmg.

so bottom line.

Dark Lords should be:
a. must have at least decent enough HP to take damage and tank (combo and twisting slash damage inclu. reflect)
b. Has decent defense (not that much but at least should be penetrable enough for SM or other classes to have a decent damage (13k or so) when they are using horse) excluding buff
c. It should have a decent amount of damage (with firescream skill) inclusive of elf dmg buff and critical buff to kill

regarding the electric spike skill of dark lords
-It should have at least 3-5 seconds cooldown but the damage will be the same (lets consider it as a special skill of dark lords like BKs combo that is spammable from once in a while a cool down of 4-5secs will make users not abused it at least.

-There is a bug with Electric Spike where if i am using BK and you are using DL, we party together and you used the electric spike it will lower my HP significantly which is bad. e.g i am doing pvp bk vs BK so i party a DL whenthat DL use electric spike it will lower my hp = my opponent wil pwn me easily.




Regarding SM

Teleport 6 seconds is fine :)

but please increase the HP of the SM so that they can stay at least with a decent amount time in the switch..
yes they can hit BK pretty bad but the thing is they cant tolerate reflect that much they instantly die

increase HP a litlle bit

yea. dl's can own everyone today, login now and you barely see a BM outside arena, hehehehe, not atleast they have a buffer and high pot rate.
