Donation problem

Hi there!

I'm a new playee in this game and I want to donate to get the items I want. But somehow, the only available option for me which is paypal, is not working. Can you help me here?

Paypal is working fine. It would be helpful to provide some screenshots in order to get your problem fixed. For example, if you log in webshop and click >Get Uber item, then choose set and click >Proceed Checkout > Buy With Paypal , you will be directed in paypal's website to send the donation.

I just tried to pay via paypal again and now it worked. But when I logged into the game, I still don't have the items I bought. When can I receive these?

Can the items be added onto my account while I'm online? Or should I stay offline while waiting?
