Dupe Uber sacred ring (big11)

Hi Guys,

I just finished dealing the BTA with anar. and Sir Resistant already transferred everything in the account. However, every time I try to moved either one sacred ring I got disconnected and saying it is duplicated item and need to report to GM.

Hello karla11,
As I see your BTA here the transaction items only contain 1 Uber Sacred Ring, and I see there is 2 Uber Sacred Ring at your screenshot.
At website there is only option to Clear Dupe of Character Inventory, not for Vault, I think you should email this problem to support@infinitymu.net

This is why you shouldn't be working on your warehouse or being online after requesting BTA assistance.

Problem is fixed.
