Error in Donation.

Before to start this post i need to say that i dont know where to place this post.

3 - 4 days ago i send 2 sms with for infinity QuickShoot and no one credit add to mine account, i check it in web shop but 0 credits are available. so... what i can do?

I follow this rules to donate In Spain by sms, in main page, donate, wester union. ( i cant post link becouse i havent 10 post).
