Hello.
I had such problem: Played this server, there is a character, but can't come into game. I download the game client and I establish it, but there jumps out updating of the client which it can't make and gives out an error... Tried to download a patch too hasn't helped. Updating All the same begins and the error jumps out. (An error without the text) So I can not come into game.

Who to prompt that it can is necessary to make? Tried to download from different references, but everywhere one and too...

Delete root client files +muguard folder and apply the latest patch from site. It's updated, no need to auto update.

If still not work just try to add mu.exe and main.exe to your antivirus and firewall exclusions.
