Yes for me.. its because where just newbee with my friend and they are the castle owner for that time.. We (NOOBS) where find some items to be strong.. so we go to the Castle owner at that time.. so we see madara on arena and trying to join the guild.. so it help us a lot for LOOTING at DEEP LOREN.. A friendly person and helpfull to the newbees like us.. Goodluck brother and Godbless!!

Application and reply , 2 different english , i smell copypaste in application , im also on 50/50 , maybe you turn out great and active or maybe you just turn out for a TAG , well its a YES from me , if you turn out too be lazy and useless than there is allways option for Demote.

I'd like to give feedback to this application since Dreams mentioned above if anybody wants to give their opinions about the applicant so here I am going take the opportunity. I don't totally know your personality at all since I am new player to this server but as I read your application it's totally too short, it does not have much content which can impress us your co-player which we can guarantee that you are really worthy enough for this position, plus I would like to stress out some lapses in regards to your English you are still having difficulty in making long sentence because as far as read the game rules as a staff member you should have speak fluently in english in order to communicate properly with the players. I am confuse about that. Also you should at least share more information about yourself if there is something we would like to know about you. Anyhow, you mentioned in your application that you have an experience as EM before which is a plus points for you so I assume that you have already an idea how to handle this job etc. Yes, you might be active in the game but you are always afk. Well, as a new player I don't know how the staff will decide to each application here but I think it should go through in the process, but for me if you really want have this position you should at least show us your ability that you are more capable to this job once more, show us that you are worthy enough to do this job again. I'm a bit neutral about your application because I am confuse but still I wish you luck buddy! Have a great day

For me, i really dont know much what EM team does. But as for you, i think you can be an addition to the team. But it all ends up to the community's confirmation and Dreams's and Lelouch's decision about this. But for me, its a YES[/.

Okay, I'll throw in something too. First of all, I want to punch everyone that posts the same **** over and over again. If you don't have anything to say from your own experience / opinion, don't even try, it's useless and nobody cares about your useless opinion which was generated by other person. Even ending in your application indicates, that it's not written by you, simply by this one thing:

Anyone who has the understanding of endings in applications, doesn't matter if it is for a job or for a virtual world position, wouldn't make this stupid mistake. When I was in charge of another community, I had one person who did this and I simply turned the person down instantly, it's stupid to do that. On the other hand, there are so few EM's at the moment, that we might as well give you a chance and hope that you learn from your mistakes and learn new things, that being a better level of English, being honest and doing everything you do at your best, it's a YES you wouldn't get in normal circumstances, but it's a yes never the less. If you get approved, don't mess it up, it will for sure be your only chance at it.

The staff team has evaluated your app and the community feedback and i would like to write a few things about this.
1)Users that only dropped by to support your cause and then forgot to post again in forums, users that only wrote "gg sir, u are the best, ofc yes" and other spamful replies are clearly asked to do it. Maybe they are your friends but asking them to do this is not ok.

You have to understand we are paying attention to details

2)As most of the community members noticed, you wrote a decent application, could even say i liked it but after you replied to my post it seemed like a different person answered. I appreciate you tried to write the application as good as you could but above everything else we are looking for other attributes from a person. "Dress to impress" does not apply for me. Try "less is more" and be natural. We can get over some english mistakes, we are all making some and nobody is perfect.

3)Your overall helpfulness around forums is close to zero. I can't think fast and name a thread where you contributed with something notable. Most of your latest posts are in Happy Birthday, Congrats on CS threads or Event Winners and that's pretty much it.

4)Your game activity, i don't know how it happened but when ever i saw you in game you where in Devias afk. Some months ago if i remember well you hanged around Stadium and we had some chit chat but that ended. Let's put the blame on our different GMT's +1 and +2.

5)The other community members that replied in this application have their doubts as well. Even if some said NO and some said YES, everyone is doubtfull about you.

6)Staff team result was close as well, few members abstained from giving a vote since they don't know you well enough. After a second discussion with the team i ended up having 6 YES vs 5 NO from them. A very very very close call. You yet have to earn this position by showing some improvements in some areas:
-forum helpfulness
-game activity (less afk) and more involvement in the events (forum and game), maybe even trying to host one
-overall reputation in the community : avoid asking ppl to support you and let them freely express their opinion.

Judging on all the things i listed above the application is denied. You may try to improve and show the community members you trully deserve this position and try again at a later time. Don't wait for an EM to leave in order to apply. If i find 10 good candidates then i will promote them all and have a big EM team.
