Well I totally understand you, but in my opinion you have shared your account with someone else and he did something with your characters.. they looks like they are missing. Like I said you have only TRIUMF character in your account. No LoveMaster, extremRO,KingBenQ or ShowTime character is found in your account. Also e-mail you saying is different that the e-mail you used to register with.
