forum reply to thread missing!!!

bros, i have problem to the button of reply to thread to my other laptop. it not appearing, can someone suggest what is the problem with that one.

Can you provide a screenshot about your problem?
If that button is missing just use the "Post Quick Reply" button

Also try to clean your cookies ,might be this the problem
