Game doesn't start

Hi!

I'm new player, I just downloaded the game and 28.10 patch, and I can't start the game! I press "Connect" button, a hourglass appears for a minute and then it's gone :/ Game doesn't start, what I gotta do? Help me, please.

Re install the game and try again.Also make sure that your antivirus programm is set to off.
