Game frozen while running it

i download mu extract it start up the game it alway frozen when it loading halfscreen or about to pick sever it frozen

i install the mu and it still the same problem.

i try install and reinstall like 10 time but it didnt work. So How can i fix it

My Computer > Right Click > Properties.

Start-Type in dxdiag, press Save all Information and attach it here on forums,we'll get most of our answers from there,but not sure if we could help you with your problem yet.
