Game not responding / crashing

Hi
im new to this server
Everytime i try to teleport to another map or sometimes when try to sing in, game freeze and after a while go NOT RESPONDING, and it crach my shole PC so i have to restart it.... I reinstaled game, redownloaded, change compatibility options and still the same problem.


Im playing on Windows Vista Ultimate 64Bit AMD Phenom II x4 3GHZ, 8GB Ram, Radeon HD4890.

Also Its all fine in different MU server.

Does any one else ever experianced it or know how to sort it out?
I really ned help with that because i cant play...

It dont have viros and works all good and fine on another MU server but with this 1 freeze




and with the path i still ogt the same problem

Hmm do you get any error messages such as Low On Memory or Low on Visual Memory?
And also you could try reinstalling the game but in different directory!

i dnt get chance to get any message as my whole PC go NOT RESPONDIONG and i have to restart it as it wont shange (waited for 15 mins...)

I tried all that reinstal replace etc solutions still no changes.

Updates speed up my teleport time when moving to map, but still sometims go not responding when teleport lt7 for example.

Hmm that's strange! It could be damaged files or another Mu is interference with the process but to get Not Responding... hmm what are you running when you are running Infinity Mu?
And could you please try and check what processes are running while running mu and the performance (Task Manager)?

before i used to run MSN at the same time but when it started crashing i turn everything off even antyvirus, stil the same, when i play it use 15% of my CPU and about 20% or my ram. i have another mu on my PC but that cant be prblem as i got 2 other mu servers on my pc this is 3rd and only 1 with a problem.

also when it freeze only solution is to restart PC bit anoying to do it over and over again...

Well hmm could you remove the other Mu's from your PC and reinstall Infinity Mu? If it's not a problem that is! This is the last thing I am gonna ask you to do and then the problem could be coming from hardware (unlikely) or from a malware or a virus (40% probability).

I dont really want to remove other server as i kill time there sometimes too, also i dont understand why it only happen to this mu, all works fine but freeze when teleporting.

Follow this guide, it should help you out
​

1. Open the Control Panel. (Classic View)
A) Click on the System icon.

B) Go to step 3.
OR

2. Open the Start menu.
A) Right click on Computer and click Properties.
3. Click on Advanced system settings.(in upper left green area)

4. Click on the Continue button in the UAC prompt.

5. Click on the Settings button under Performance section. (See screenshot below)

6. Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab. (See screenshot below)

7. Turn DEP On for Essential Windows Vista Programs and Services Only -
NOTE: This turns on DEP for only the 32 bit system programs and services. This is the default setting.
A) Dot Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only.

B) Go to step 9.
8. Turn DEP On for All Programs and Services Except for the Ones you Select -
NOTE: This turns on DEP for every 32 bit program except for the ones that you add to the list. The listed program will have DEP turned off for it.
A) Dot Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.

B) Click Add to add the programs (32 bit) that you do not want to use the DEP feature.

C) Navigate to the program's .exe file that you want to add to the DEP exclusion list and select it, then click on Open.

9. Click on OK to apply. (See screenshot below step 8B)

10. Restart the computer to apply changes.​

still the same problem now even gone warrst game load up real slow and when i chose character NOT RESPONDING + white screen

That's strange, 1st time I see someone getting even worse performance by turning off DEP.
Well the only thing left to check I can think of is to open Infinity MU launcher go to options and on very bottom pick Disable but I don't think it would help you with such problem.
That's the last thing I can give you.

still the same, the whole game seems to run nic no lag enjoyable etc. but when i try teleport it freeze (i used to get ti sometimes but for about 2 -3 seconds when moving to another map) but here when i move to another map it freeze, after 10 second screen go in shadow n say not responding, then whole pc go not responding Ctrl + Alt + Del dont respond Alt + F4 dont respond and i can do is restart pc with restart buttin.

Sorry Can I ask you to turn off your firewall! And Also your Anti virus and then try again.

my firewall is always off because of another game that needed it turned off and i tried with turned of antyvirus
