Game not working on Windows 8.1 Pro

Please help, i got problem about the game. I installed the game successfully. But for some reason the game is not working when i'm about to click the "Connect" button in the Launcher. Please help.

Please describe the problem more deeper, share every details you have (PC, antivirus, etc.). Write down what kind of error you gets, or if possible make screenshots/video about your issue.
Without these infos we are like blind people in complete darkness.
