Sacred Ring of Wind is added in-game. You can find it by killing Illusion Kundun or Land of Trials. It's also available @ WebShop.

Only 1 Ancient Option(Skill Attacking Rate) I guess. Much better if there is 2 or 3 so its worth to buy 1 SMOK pair with the Ring ^^,

when i equipped myself with 1 mok and 1 ring would it unlocked all the options?

press V and look at the top where it says Ancient Options , check there about all unlocked opts.
