game won't start

whenever I click "connect" (start the game), the game doesn't show though I hear the sound of the game that it has already opened. I tried all the resolutions in the options but it still doesn't work. though I think the problem is on the resolution because whenever I open the game, this is what my screen would look like(on the picture that I uploaded). How will I solve this? or how will I change the resolution manually not just by clicking? thank you.

Try to reinstall your client. Check your video card also.

You can check if your firewall or antivirus is on this can affect the game also..

what's your OS win7? or xp? im using 7 but i don't have that kinda problem..im thinking of what you have said that you can play other servers and you can't here maybe Mr.Dev is right check your video card

check the resolutions also.... it may be a problem.

yes it is, I just finished updating a few hours ago.

im using premium and i don have any problems...
it may be from your version of windows...

your Monitor/GPU does not support the resolution you set in the launcher Options,change to lower resolution in the launcher Options and try in Window Mode

Adjust your screen use a proper resolution, if this doesn't work
play mu in the window mode and adjust the reolustion at options
compared with yours.
